I offer trauma-informed therapy online for people navigating stress and burnout, particularly in relation to neurodivergence; culture; living abroad; and chronic illness.
Moving through a world that feels like it wasn’t made for you is exhausting. You focus all your energy on getting by but at the end of the day there’s nothing left. You’re going through the motions but you’re not really here. We can change that.
Our work together will focus on helping you reconnect with your mind and body, so you can begin to feel more like yourself again. Instead of just getting through each day, you’ll start to truly live it. Going from simply surviving to genuinely thriving.
We’ll use a combination of talking therapy, mindfulness, and creative approaches to help you process your experiences safely, at your own pace. Along the way, you’ll build understanding and tools that you can carry with you long after our work together ends.
