Hi! I’m Anjali Chaudhri and I would love to help!
Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode?
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone and you don’t have to keep pushing through it by yourself.
I offer therapy online for people who are neurodiverse, navigating adverse experiences, chronic stress, and/ or trauma.
Many of the difficulties people bring to therapy like anxiety, low mood, burnout, emotional overwhelm, disconnection, or a persistent sense of being "on edge” can be understood as the lasting impact of difficult experiences and chronic stress.
Trauma is not only about what happened to us; it's also about the ways our minds and bodies learn to adapt in order to survive. While those adaptations may once have been necessary, they can become exhausting when they continue long after the danger has passed.
Our work will focus on helping you reconnect with yourself, build a greater sense of safety and understanding, and develop the resources you need to move through life without urgency.
We’ll use a combination of talking therapy, mindfulness, and creative approaches to help you process your experiences safely, at your own pace. Along the way, you’ll build understanding and tools that you can carry with you long after our work together ends.
