  • How do I know this is right for me?

    Therapy is an opportunity to unpack your story in a confidential, compassionate, and non-judgemental space. Here is a chance for you to be seen and heard by someone who understands. In this space you will learn about your mental and physical health in depth and gain tools to support yourself long after our sessions are over.

  • How do virtual sessions work?

    Sessions will take place on Google Meet and a link will be provided to you prior to your first meeting. Google Meet is secure and encrypted.

    In offering sessions virtually, I still strive to provide you with the same experience as you would receive in-person. This means I work in a confidential and distraction free space. I please ask that you also ensure you are in a safe and private space to attend your session.

    I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels authentic, warm, and safe.

    Please note there are limits to confidentiality pertaining to safe guarding or legal issues. These will be discussed with you during your first visit.

  • What can I expect in my first session?

    Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to decide if this is the appropriate support for you at this time.

    Expect a lot of questions! But this helps me identify important aspects of your life and gives me a good sense of your needs. This is also a chance for us to set our expectations for your sessions. At the end we will have developed a plan for our time together.

  • What does it cost and how do I pay?

    Payment is expected within 48 hours of your session. Sessions are confirmed once payment is received. Late payments may affect future bookings.

    Initial call - free 15 minute consultation

    Quick session or top up - 30 minutes:
    £75 / €85/ 800 SEK

    Full session - 60 minutes:
    £140 / €160 / 1450 SEK

    You can pay via PayPal or bank transfer.

    A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available for those experiencing financial difficulties. Availability is reviewed periodically. Please mention if you wish to be considered when contacting me about an appointment.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    I understand that sometimes things get in the way and you might not be able to attend. If you need to cancel please do so within 24 hours of our meeting. Any appointment missed or deemed a late cancellation without cause will not be refunded. This may also affect your future bookings. Please contact me to reschedule.

    If I need to cancel your session, I will strive to do as soon as possible. If you have paid for your session, you will receive a full refund. I will be in touch to reschedule.

  • How do I contact you between sessions?

    You are welcome to e-mail me in between sessions but please ensure that these messages do not contain any sensitive information and is relevant to your session e.g. you cannot attend; you cannot recall the time or date of your session; you want to reschedule. Please note that since I will not be monitoring e-mails at all times, I will not be able to respond in an emergency. If you do require urgent support contact 112 or 999.
